Harlow

Harlow is a citizen who resembles coalesced galactic clouds. He owns the library, and loves collecting books and studying all kinds of things. He is the only person in the city who can fluently speak the Sporeborn language, which he learned from books and translation notes that had been salvaged from the last Sporeborn's house after the flood. He is gay and fat.

He is empathetic, stubborn, and optimistic. He frequently offers to help people, even if he knows it will be difficult or cause problems for him.

Like most citizens, Harlow doesn't remember how he came to live in the forest. His friends are Stroph, Millie, and El.
